The City of Logan and the River Hollow Neighborhood Alliance has invited the American Festival Chorus, the USU Scotsmen Pipe and Drum Corps, and other local organizations to participate in a unique memorial event. We invite you to join us for The Heroes Memorial Program, honoring the brave rescue workers and remembering the victims of Logan's tragic canal break of July 2009. The program will begin promptly at 7 PM on September 3, 2012 at River Hollow Park (10 River Park Drive on the Island).
