Merrill Bradshaw was one of the most celebrated Utah composers of the 20th Centrury.  As professor of composition at Brigham Young University, he composed in all genres of classical music.  His magnum opus, The Restoration, which premiered 50 years ago, is written for large symphonic chorus, chamber choir, solo vocal quartet, and symphony orchestra.  It is considered the culmination of his life's work as a composer.

Joining the choir and orchestra will be four celebrated soloists: Melissa Heath, mezzo soprano from Utah Valley University, Tamara Mumford, mezzo soprano and a veteran of the New York Metropolitan Opera, Thomas Glenn, Grammy Award-winning tenor from Utah State University, and Darrell Babidge, bass soloist and chair of the voice faculty at The Juilliard School.
